This site plays a song when you scan one of our stickers. This policy explains what we collect when you visit, why, and what choices you have. It’s run by Digital Growth Club (“we”, “us”).
What we collect when you visit
How you use the page. We record actions such as opening the page, tapping play, how far into the song you listened, pausing, replaying, rating, guessing the artist’s name, and tapping a music or social link. We tie these to a random ID created for your visit, not to your name.
Your device. We record the type of device (for example iPhone or Android), your browser, and the website or app that sent you here, which may include extra details in its address.
Roughly where the sticker was. We know only which sticker group you scanned, such as a neighborhood. We don’t collect your GPS location, and we don’t store your IP address.
Your answers. If you leave a star rating, a comment, or a guess, we store it with that random visit ID.
If you guess the artist’s name wrong, we save the words you typed.
What you choose to give us
Your email. If you sign up, we collect your email address, the sticker group you scanned, whether your guess was right, the time, and a record that you agreed to receive emails. We use it to send you news about new music, and only that.
How we use it
We use the information to see which stickers and songs work, to improve the page and the music, and to send the emails you asked for. We don’t sell your information.
Who else handles it
We use Lovable for website hosting and our database. Our providers may keep technical server logs, including IP addresses, for a short time. We don’t save or use them. If the site crashes, an error report with the page address goes to Lovable, without your personal details.
Browser storage
We keep the random visit ID in your browser tab until you close it. We don’t use cookies to track you.
How long we keep it
We keep visit data and ratings as long as the project runs. We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- You can ask us to delete your email, rating or comment by writing to growthclubdigital@gmail.com. Because visit data isn’t linked to your name, we may not be able to find a specific visit unless you tell us roughly when it happened.
Children
This site isn’t meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above.
